Delivery / Collection Policies

Per order delivery charge is $10. All orders will take at least 1-3 full working days for processing before self-collection or delivery.

Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

For delivery, please ensure your contact number is correct. Our delivery man will contact you before delivery.

Once confirmed, should you not be present to receive the items, please note we reserve the rights to apply additional charge for re-delivery

 

We understand you are anxious to receive your products and we will try our best to deliver the soonest possible.

*However, we seek your understanding that delivery generally may take up to 3 to 7 days from date of order. 

 

Example:-

Purchase made on Monday will be process on Tuesday and self-collection or delivery be made earliest* on Wednesday

or

Purchase made on Friday will be process on following Monday and self-collection or delivery be made earliest* on Tuesday.

 

For self-collection, please again note and allow at least 2 working day (Warehouse) for picking/processing. We will call you when ready.

Please also note collection timing at warehouse is between 10am to 5pm only at 245 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim S629144.

We strongly recommend you to email/call and advise us in advance so we may check and ensure your orders are processed.



For collection at designated stores, please note the following steps.

1. Print out your order. Its important to know the order/invoice number

2. Allow 3-5 working days for warehouse to process/pick/pack/dispatch your item to the selected collection store.

3. Check your email for ready collection notice from us. Please note the email may be in your spam/junk box.

4. Once received collection notice, at your convenience proceed to store for collection.

5. Kindly note our store collection timing is between 12pm to 9pm daily.



IMPORTANT NOTE

We seek your understanding. For your convenience, we allow collection at designated stores than the usual warehouse.

Our staff at physical store only help to facilitate the collection and will not be able to provide online purchase support.
