Once item out for delivery or dispatched to courier, no cancellation allowed. If you ordered wrongly, please contact email@example.com for support. Our support officer will reply within the next 24hours working day.
Exchange / Return Policy
Upon received products, kindly check and notify us of any products issues within 7 working days. Products issues such as manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered are eligible for exchange or return. All returned products must come with original packing and labels intact. In the event of manufacturing defects, items will be return to warehouse for verification and we will do a one to one exchange.
Delivered products are strictly not refundable unless due to manufacturing defects. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refund. Returned products must be unused and unwashed. Defective products should come with its original full contents in packaging.

All returned or damaged products will be inspected or lab tested for management verification and approval. Once verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. All approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment, within 7 working days.
